MANSFIELD OH (6-18-09) -Being a development driver for Penske Racing definitely has its perks. Current ARCA RE/MAX Series point leader Parker Kligerman can attest to that.
Just when Kligerman was about to board his passenger car after the race at Pocono to drive 150 miles home in time for his senior prom, the Penske organization stepped up with a plane ride home to Westport, Connecticut so he wouldn't be late for his very important date.. Full story...

Parker Kligerman Profile
Age: 18 years old

Already a championship winning driver in open wheel racing, Parker has moved to the ARCA Remax Series from USAC Midgets after 2 sucessful seasons. Parker began his racing career at the age of 13, driving 2 stroke go karts in his local club

At 15, he moved to the Skip Barber Series where he won all 3 events in which he competed. In 2006, Parker competed in the Formula TR Pro Series where he won 11 of 14 races in which he competed, and finished 2nd 3 times. Along the way he set a series record for Pole Positions and fastest race laps.

In 2007 Parker moved to USAC Midget racing where he was quickly up to speed competing against the National USAC drivers. In 2008 as a member of the Cunningham Juniors Development Team, Parker was a consistent front runner at every event in which he competed.

Now a Penske Development Driver, Parker looks to get back to his winning ways in ARCA in 2009.
